VISIONARY ARCHITECTURE WEEK: Architecture of the Arctic
To wrap up visionary architecture week, we wanted to spotlight the buildings of the Canadian territory of Nunavut, where high winds, freezing temperatures, and the difficulty of transporting raw materials pose some interesting architectural constraints. All of the buildings below are in the city of Iqaluit, except for the flying saucer, which is in Igloolik.
